We've been in business since 2004 and have proudly served the U of U campus with our brio coffee shop since 2008. Currently, we have three locations on campus, and we’re excited to announce that brio's cafe will be opening a fourth location in the fall of 2025 at the Biomedical Polymers Research Building (#570) on upper campus, expanding the reach of our beloved brio coffee house.
